Picnic for VA Home for Boys & Girls

Written on August 3, 2011

Founded as the Richmond Male Orphan Society in 1846, Virginia Home for Boys and Girls operates as a  comprehensive child and family services agency with on-site psychiatric and medical services, 24/7 emergency intake. Virginia Home for Boys and Girls is the only site in Virginia certified by the international Teaching-Family Association.

We were glad to have the opportunity to recently help throw an End of Year Picnic for the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls. We had a great time with the kids and hope the good people of their organization found benefit in this event!

“I really can’t thank you all enough for what you did for the residents and staff last night. Everyone had such a great time! The games were fun, the food was great! Huge thanks to Morton for providing the games, food and fun!” said Beth Hopkins, the Special Events and Community Relations Coordinator for the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls.
